Something simple my husband was able to correctly easily, but shouldn’t have had to. I made it home just fine, but when I went to drive my car later that evening, my car alerted me that my tire pressure was low on one of my tires and the pressure was inconsistent for the others. Even telling me the tires I currently have didn’t wear well when she was the one who insisted they were the best for my car just two years ago. She said she would see what she could do and magically, less than half an hour later, she’s telling me my car is ready and is trying to sell me new tires. She was just so worried about making her point about the amount of time it would take and how there were other people ahead of me, but I made it clear that I had driven out of my way to make it to the appointment that your website allowed me to schedule, so I wouldn’t return if they were not able to complete the oil change and tire rotation.
She made me feel like a complete inconvenience and even asked if I could reschedule and come back the next day or over the weekend. When I arrived, Carol said she thought my appointment was a “fake appointment” because “they don’t take 6pm appointments because there is too much to do in the shop before they close at 7pm”. I’m working from home currently so I drove out of my way to come to your location. I scheduled my oil change through your website for last Thursday and chose an AVAILABLE time slot of 6pm.
